The Challenge
The business was previously tied to an expensive third-party configurator that suffered from a frustrating and outdated user experience. The core challenge was to completely replace this inadequate software with a bespoke, cost-effective solution that elevated the customer journey.
The Solution
We engineered a custom WordPress web application utilising interactive SVGs and a highly intuitive, custom-built user interface. Driven by advanced JavaScript, the new builder allows customers to effortlessly customise their suit designs in real-time and submit their final configurations directly to the team for a quote.
