Our hosting has 4 massive benefits. Firstly, it's super reliable with an uptime of 99.9%. Secondly, it's fast. We can guarantee it will speed your website up, and if you don't see a noticeable change, we'll throw in some free development time to make it happen, we're that confident! Thirdly, it's worry-free. The server manages itself so you don't need to worry about SSL certificates or any of that malarky. Finally, it's super secure, using protocols like 2FA to keep everything safe. It's a no-brainer!

The short answer is - Sort of. During the change, it's a good idea to use just one page with your contact details and a message to your users about what's going on. Your website won't show an ugly error page at any point, but it won't have full functionality. For a full explanation of why see the question below.

Our swanky servers take a daily backup, which you can restore at the click of a button. It's so user-friendly, a 100-year-old could probably figure it out.

The migration process is usually quite speedy but can take up to 48 hours.

After pushing the button to start the change, some countries will see the version on your old server, and some will see the website on the new one. For most websites, it's a good idea to use a 'maintenance mode' until the change is complete across the globe. This can be up to 48 hours but is often much less.

When you use a website, what you're seeing is a document stored on a computer somewhere. This computer is running around the clock to serve those documents. The hosting fee pays for the computer and the engineers who look after it to keep your website running smoothly.
