Our maintenance subscription includes regular checks that your WordPress site is running as expected. We'll keep it up to date, fix problems, and make tweaks when you need them.

We're able to design a plan around your budget, but we most often recommend our plan which includes updates monthly with checks that the website is working more frequently. This is in line with the industry standards for small to medium-sized businesses.

During working hours we're able to respond to most problems within 2 hours, and we consider 48 hours to be a worst-case scenario depending on the severity of the issue.

We'll never hide any fees. To keep it simple, there's no setup cost and the fees are subscription based. Pricing starts at £25/month and can go up upwards of £150/month depending on a few factors such as the size of the website and the nature of the website.

We'll get to you know you and your website by asking a few questions, but to keep things simple and avoid wasting your time we won't be asking you to fill out a questionnaire or anything like that.
